A motors company in Dubai is in need of a full time experienced payable accountant.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Selected candidates should be able to receive and verify invoices and requisitions for service’s providers and also verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.

Ideal applicants should be able to prepare batches of invoices for data entry and also data enter invoices for payment.

Preferred candidates should be able to process backup reports after data entry and also be able to manage the weekly checks run.

Interested applicants should be able to make record of all checks and also prepare vendor checks for mailing.

Candidates should be able to list all vendor checks in the log book and also prepare manual checks as and when required.

Applicants should be able to maintain listing of accounts payable and also maintain updated vendor files and file numbers.

Being able to handle monthly end-closing activities and also handle monthly accounts reconciliation.
