We are a disruptive B-to-B leisure travel company, with offices in Europe, the USA, Canada, and Latin America. We have hundreds of loyal customers - primarily travel agents and tour operators. Our next challenge is to scale and this is why we need you.
We offer an innovative B-to-B website for real-time booking of the very best hotels and other travel services, augmented by a unique quality control process, and supported by a team of experienced travel professionals.
Responsibilities
You will...
- Drive the growth of bookings and revenue through our platform
- Engage with prospects and customers until they acquire the habit of working with us
- Understand their needs in order to best advise them for getting the most out of our offerings
- Document the interactions with prospects and customers and channel their feedback
- Develop the business within our customers’ organizations (e.g. “land and expand”)

- Active accounts, active agents, bookings and revenue
Requirements
You have ...
- 5+ years experience in a sales role at a leisure travel agency or tour operator
- A natural appetite for prospecting and creating new business
- A desire to work in a rapidly growing environment (this is not a cushy job)
You speak English and at least one other European language.
Compensation
- € 40,000 guaranteed base salary
- Profit share and bonus based on performance

- Anywhere in Western Europe
- Travel several times a month to meet customers and prospects in person
