    We are currently seeking a Senior Content Manager to serve as a messaging lead on client projects. This role goes beyond copywriting; the ideal candidate will be both a writer and a marketer, with the ability to develop creative, engaging content while also having the strategic vision to understand how it fits into the big picture for a brand, product, or campaign. We’re looking for someone who can work with our clients to understand their objectives, and then collaborate with our internal creative teams to execute content that will help meet those goals

    Responsibilities

    • Provide copy direction and work with our team of copywriters to develop content for a wide variety of media including direct marketing, digital advertising, print collateral, and social media
    • Share content, campaign, and messaging strategic insights that will help our clients more effectively engage with their audiences
    • Work with internal creative teams and external client teams to develop and optimize content to meet client needs
    • Collaborate with other subject matter experts and thought leaders across the organization to stay informed of and influence new content development initiatives

     

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in a writing or marketing communications capacity
    • Strong writing skills and attention to detail are a must
    • Self-starter, with the ability to create direction when it’s not provided and take accountability for decisions
    • Willingness to collaborate, roll up your sleeves, and work as a team player to meet client deliverables when timelines are tight
    • Effective communicator and presenter, with the aptitude to confidently promote or defend any creative decisions
    • The ability to be flexible and adapt as requirements change mid-project
    • Strategically minded, with the vision to see how a creative asset fits into the big picture
    • Experience working with both B2C and B2B brands is a plus
    • Overall, have a creative and inquisitive nature with a passion for storytelling

     

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or a related discipline required
