A truly innovative product design consultancy who collaborates with F500/FTSE 100 companies across large scale business projects for international clients are looking for a Senior/Lead UI Designer to join their team!


Whether you're looking for a 3-month rolling contract or permanent opportunity, our client is able to consider both options.


**Must have requirement: Experience working on B2B, Internal or Enterprise Product Design for F500/FTSE 100 companies**


The ideal person must have experience working on Internal or B2B projects, and be comfortable traveling abroad where required. Bonus if you've worked on a Social Community related product.


You will have strong problem-solving skills, with excellent client-facing and communication skills along with a consultative approach. Additionally, you must have experience taking leadership of a project, overseeing 1-2 other designers, working in a very collaborative environment.


The products you'll be working on will be very intuitive, innovative with the aim to truly make a difference to the end-users and their daily lives inside a working environment! You'll be collaborating with UX Strategists, UX Researchers,  UX Designerss, as well as the wider Product team including Developers.


The chosen designer must be a real go-getter, someone who is looking to challenge themselves and push boundaries. Someone who takes absolute pride in their work is curious and asks the right questions to really be able to produce the best possible outcome. Someone who can work collaboratively, brainstorm ideas but can also work autonomously. You must be flexible/open to hearing about new ideas or ways of working in order to produce the best possible outcome.
