Architect - UAE

Location: Al-Ayn

Responsible for designing the interiors / furnishing of any new construction /building and refurbishing the existing buildings.* Based on client needs, prepares design proposal to include but not limited to o Identifying the scope of the project o Drawing and designing o Preparing cost estimation * Coordinates with contractors/furniture suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of project * Supervise the design phase and the entire project from inception to completion * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor * Coordinates furniture and materials purchase with Contracts and Purchase Department * Prepares post delivery technical report ( Furniture's ) . * Coordinate with University and other authorities for taking license for buildings and for construction purposes. * Prepare responses to external other departments an clarifications with new projects, material approval, site meetings * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Minimum Qualification

• Ability to understand clients needs to plan projects as per needs * Project planning and execution skills* Baccalaureate Degree / High Diploma in Architectural engineering * 3 - 6 years relevant experience
