Job Description / Role

Responsible for ad-hoc analysis of the financial data under their assigned area of responsibility, and prepare reports as requested. Provide some insights into the financial performance of the areas of assigned responsibility. Ensures integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Key customers include Senior Managers, Operations, Real Estate, Marketing, Corporate Office and external customers such as tax and auditors

Requirements

thorough knowledge in financial accounting (general ledger, AR, AP, cash Management, Fixed Asset Management)
reconciling balance sheet accounts including bank reconciliations
data entry in GL, AR, AP
month end account finalization
inventory management
management reporting which includes generating various reports using financial data
data analysis
develop power point presentation
