Admin Support Officer

Location: Peshawar

  • Maintaining imprest account of Regional Office, Peshawar
  • Preparation of all lease documents in consultationwith Regional Manager, also liaison with head office on matters related torentals.
  • Responsible to send all communicationletters to dealers.
  • Preparation of sales data and appreciation for Shellnetwork as well as tabulating competitor data
  • Analysis of credit and sales data for onwardsubmission to territory managers on daily basis.
  • Conducting site recons as and when required.
  • Maintaining database of sales, network development andsite wise data.
  • Maintaining record of all types of petrolpump/CNG development documents (NOCs, Explosives Approval and all type ofgovernment approvals).
  • Correspondence with HO through e-mail/Inter officememos on matters related to rentals, leases, credit and franchise fee.
  • Maintenance of files for each site and recording allreports including but not limited to Quality, Quantity and Sales certificates.
  • Engaging the retailers for the recovery of retailoutlet ONFR, CNG FF & MF outstanding amounts.
  • Responsible for supporting sales force during theirfield visits in situations of urgent reports and data input – JMP updates.
  • Supporting the sales team in the preparation of OMCAppreciation Statements..
  • Custodian of regional record/files.
  • Logistics support for events and day to day andmonthly activities etc.
  • Maintaining store room including audit and recordkeeping

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,000.00 /month
