Role:

To look after product development and introduce new ideas for product development.

Main Accountabilities:

•Responsible for new product development for the company through innovative ideas.

•To coordinate with current and new suppliers/vendors for improved sourcing.

•Propose improvement in existing products/packaging as per the changing market trends.

•Conduct feasibility analysis.

•To market research for continuous improvement of brands.
