Job Responsibilities:



- Lead the Sourcing team for Daraz’ Private Label brands

- Identify and manage sourcing demands for garments and fabrics with focus on Eastern fashion

- Build and maintain relationships with relevant suppliers of garments in Pakistan and overseas where required

- Negotiate deals with suppliers

- Control the production process and ensure good quality of sourced resources

- Draft contracts with suppliers and implement strong supply chain processes

- Understand Daraz‘ commodities requirements and identify the right suppliers across Pakistan

- Work in close connection with the rest of the Private Label team to understand trends and source resources respectively

- Contribute to the brand identity through the quality of sourcing garment products and fabrics

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in the Fashion industry

- 3+ years experience in Fashion industry with focus on sourcing

- Previous experience in fashion sourcing

- Existing relationships with relevant suppliers of Eastern Fashion fabrics and materials

- Good knowledge of the fashion production process

- Eagerness to work in a small team in a young company

- “Can do” attitude and interest in building up a new business line

- Good communication and negotiation skills
