Minimum qualifications:

  • A self initiator ( a person who takes inititive and lead towards successful completion).
  • A great communicator ( wirtten and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of administrative experience supporting orgnizations (preferably small and medium).

Finance and Accounting Management Track:

Ability to control and manage the finance and accounting function:

  • Book-keeping.
  • Cashflow.
  • Budgeting.
  • Procurement.
  • Zakah and Tax management.
  • Payables and receivables.
  • Documentation.
  • Cost accounting and project finance.

 

Other Business Administration Activities:

 Ability to be focused on the company strategy and business plan to support initiatives and projects that are meant to take the company to the next level:

  • Work closely with the CEO to implement the business strategy and business plan.
  • Orgnize meetings and conference calls to support business acitvites.
  • Develop KPIs and targets for the various acitvities as well as governannce mechanisims.
  • Undergo quality assurance acitvities to make sure that operations are optimal.
  • Develop reports and satatistics.
