We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, articulate individual with prior bid-writing experience, ideally from within a secure environment. You will be writing bids for a wide range of clients, including Councils, multinational corporate, shopping centers, leisure destinations, historic buildings and many more. Based at Barking Office, this newly-created, varied role will see you join a growing team within a rapidly-expanding organisation, offering excellent opportunities for advancement and career progression. Job Role To provide support to the CEO and CSO in the delivery of high-quality documents for submission to potential customers, working to exact deadlines. You will be expected to write compelling, succinct responses to customer PQQs, ITTs and RFPs using your strong command of English and ability to identify and obtain all pertinent information from colleagues within SSG. You will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and preferably other graphical software, though more importantly a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. You will be speaking to and working with many levels of management and liaising with potential and current customers. You must be reliable, enthusiastic and have an eye for detail. Experience or understanding of contract management (from an administrative or operative role) and commercials would be beneficial. Key requirements: * Taking direction from the CEO/CSO, working autonomously and prioritising workload to write, review and complete bids in a timely fashion * Building positive internal relationships to collate and gather information in response to questions, writing accurate narrative for the management and delivery of services * Organising layout and working within the confines of each customer’s bid requirements * Creating bespoke, attractive and memorable presentations * Writing marketing and internal communications * Make Presentations Essential experience and skills: * Excellent written English * Successful bid-writing experience * Eye for detail * Strong time management * IT skills: * Microsoft Word * Microsoft Powerpoint * Understanding of Microsoft Office styles and consistent branding Desired experience and skills: * Familiarity with the facilities management sector * Shipley training or similar * Degree-educated * A good eye for document layout in varying outputs (for screen or hard copy) and ability to present information visually * Familiarity with: * Microsoft Excel * Use of images with publications (i.e. sizing, framing) * Publishing programs such as InDesign ] * Transferable skills from non-Office programs or web applications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,000.00 to Rs75,000.00 /month
