We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Software Solutions company. The candidate should be passionate about sales and have good negotiation skills. This job is a salary plus commission based opportunity and requires working with offshore clients. Presentation and Research skills are a plus. We are a Blockchain Soltuions provider, knowledge about Blockchain related solutions and technology is preferred.

- Pitch company products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and present business development strategies.
- A thorough understanding of company's products and services.
- Research prospective clients locally and internationally.
- Understand client requirements and relaying data to the development team.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams.
- Pursue leads and follow through to a successful sales deal.
- Understanding of industry and competition marketing positioning strategies.
- Maintain and identify relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
- Planning, executing and reporting on sales pitches.
- Keep up-to-date records of sales, invoices and revenue.
- Provide feedback and after sales support.
- Participate in industry functions such as events and conferences to generate sales, provide feedback and information on market trends.
- Identify new channels to increase sales.
- Identify and develop unique selling propositions for the company's products and services.
- Achieve monthly and yearly KPIs and sales targets with accurate and up to date reporting.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 5 years working experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven technological and software sales track record (Preferred)
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools specially MS Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build profitable relationships.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Minimum Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) with majors in Marketing, Management, Sales or relevant field.
- Individuals with commerce related diplomas or certificates are also encouraged to apply.
