Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Software Solutions company. The candidate should be passionate about sales and have good negotiation skills. This job is a salary plus commission based opportunity and requires working with offshore clients. Presentation and Research skills are a plus. We are a Blockchain Soltuions provider, knowledge about Blockchain related solutions and technology is preferred.

  • Pitch company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and present business development strategies.
  • A thorough understanding of company's products and services.
  • Research prospective clients locally and internationally.
  • Understand client requirements and relaying data to the development team.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams.
  • Pursue leads and follow through to a successful sales deal.
  • Understanding of industry and competition marketing positioning strategies.
  • Maintain and identify relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
  • Planning, executing and reporting on sales pitches.
  • Keep up-to-date records of sales, invoices and revenue.
  • Provide feedback and after sales support.
  • Participate in industry functions such as events and conferences to generate sales, provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Identify new channels to increase sales.
  • Identify and develop unique selling propositions for the company's products and services.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly KPIs and sales targets with accurate and up to date reporting.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years working experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proven technological and software sales track record (Preferred)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools specially MS Powerpoint.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build profitable relationships.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Minimum Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) with majors in Marketing, Management, Sales or relevant field.
  • Individuals with commerce related diplomas or certificates are also encouraged to apply.

Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs100,000.00 /month
