We are currently in search of an experienced Business Development Representative to help launch and expedite our proprietary suite of products. In the SW Ontario region as well as the Greater Toronto Area.
If you have been successful at cold calling and outside sales, are motivated by winning with a competitive style and would like to grow with innovative approaches and services, then this may be the sales opportunity for you!
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business to business sales, leveraging decision-makers with a tailored approach, territory development, and customer acquisition. The Business Development Manager will mainly focus on developing new clients to expand our business.
Experience Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience in creating and building relationships.
- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
- Able to quickly understand large amounts of technical product knowledge.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex cycles.
- Discovering sales opportunities, following up with leads and successfully onboarding new businesses.
- Driven by success with a hunter mentality.
- 3+ years of cold calling and B2B experience.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing and potential clients.
