Call Centre Manager

Objectives:

Reporting into the CEO, this individual will be organized and confident with strong leadership skills to effectively manage an established and performing telemarketing team.

The role itself will consist mainly of:

  • Managing a core of 6-8 Tele-Marketing Agents
  • On-boarding, training, developing and supporting agents from a skill-set to be successful
  • Supporting on average between 5-8 different client campaigns to ensure they consistently hit targets
  • Writing scripts and sharing best practice with lead generation
  • Client liaison both by telephone and email
  • Weekly reporting – understanding of key data e.g. KPI’s/call-time and updating management accordingly
  • Recruitment and training of new team members

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record in delivering results in a sales environment should be from a call centre
  • A big personality
  • Experience of selling to businesses (B2B)
  • Great motivational skills
  • Needs Call Centre sales management experience
  • Target setting/tracking operator performance/managing call rates and conversion rates.
  • Aware of all company policies and processes
  • Establish relationships with the current client base

Experience:
