The Role

Woven is an exciting new brand in the business process outsourcing & customer contact space.

As Communications Manager for Woven you will oversee and deliver all internal and external communications for the organisation ensuring our messaging is engaging and consistent. You will also be the ambassador for our communication plan incorporating existing and developing news/communications to ensure internal colleagues and external clients are kept abreast of current news whilst collating feedback to continually improve positive relations.  

An exceptional networker, communicator and project manager, you will be responsible for developing a communications plan that is engaging and supported by strong rationale whilst being fully aligned across business objectives and outcomes. 

You will be a creative and instinctive communicator with managerial experience of delivering strategic and tactical B2B marketing results. Ideally, you will have an understanding of the customer management, customer experience or contact centre industries.

 

Responsibilities & Key Objectives

Design and develop creative and meaningful internal and external communications via a range of platforms that are aligned to the overall organisational plans and objectives for its Shareholders, Brand Proposition and Group Strategies. The role will involve launching and managing successful strategic communication plans across all business locations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients through meaningful content in the form of blogs, social networks, internal communication systems, pop ups, newsletters and other forms of communication whilst continually improving from a forum of feedback.

  

Engage target audiences and raise Woven’s profile via online and offline channels.

Support the business with effective communication plans and activities for our Objectives and Key Results to ensure everyone is fully up to speed on progress of:

  • Deliver our Financials
  • Transform our Commercials
  • Embed Compliance


Contribute to the following OKRs through robust plans and activities which support:


Engage Colleagues:

  • Measure and improve Colleague Respect and Brand Engagement Scores
  • Embedded OKR’s into the organisational culture


Disrupt through brand perception and delight our Clients & their Customers:

  • Time to colleague proficiency lowest in the industry
  • Achieve incremental increases in target audience touchpoints across all marketing channels
  • Successfully implement and support a range of targeted, scheduled, prospect and client marketing programmes and campaigns
  • Define, measure and improve Proposition Relevance Score

 

Experience Required

  • Previous managerial experience with developing multi-channel B2B and internal communication plans.
  • Demonstrable excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and nature relationships both internally and externally including Stake-holder relationships.
  • Strong analytical mind with the ability to turn contents into compelling content.
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong copywriting and editing skills.
