  • Sales Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Selling and growing accounts, utilizing the existing cliental base.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify grow opportunities within territory
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

    Sales Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications

    • Graduation degree in business studies or any other relevant field.
    • Proven experience as a sales account manager or relevant role
    • Thorough understanding of client managment
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Expertise in using Sales Navigator is a plus
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English language (Any more languages would be an advantage)
    • Drive and ambition to succeed in a competitive market and have a bundle of confidence
    • ·Have experience working in services industry.
