Sales Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Selling and growing accounts, utilizing the existing cliental base.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with sales team to identify grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Sales Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduation degree in business studies or any other relevant field.
- Proven experience as a sales account manager or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of client managment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Expertise in using Sales Navigator is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English language (Any more languages would be an advantage)
- Drive and ambition to succeed in a competitive market and have a bundle of confidence
- ·Have experience working in services industry.
