- Manages the Industry and Digital Energy sales/presales, operations within the defined budget
- Direct reports to country president & member of the country management team
- Drives Performance Management across Industry and Digital Energy sales teams
- Responsible for implementation/execution of country and functional market strategies as well as monitoring performance against goals
- Adapt go to market Industry and Digital Energy strategy and responsible for the 3 years Biz Plan, inc. Strategic Workforce planning and managing the business
- Develops and grows key SE Relationships with Customers
- Manages team skills evolution to match with business needs (End User coverage) and secure quality in customer service execution
- Develops talents to build a high performer team, with clear goals with associated KPI for each direct report
- Is the entry point in the country for Cluster Industry and Digital Energy
- Reports business & operation results on a regular basis
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree - BE Electrical / Electronics

· 10 years plus business mgt and/or general management experience (i.e. marketing, management, P&L, business development) ideally in highly matrix organizations

· Knowledge of Retail/Trade business industry and strong Marketing sense
· Good general knowledge of Schneider Electrical business, offers & channels
· Good understanding of supply chain
· Digital experience in Retail industry (E-commerce, Partners Relationship Mgt, …)
· Outstanding communication skills & cross-culturally open
· High on integrity and ethical values
