  • Job Overview:

    A Healthcare Recruiter II works under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager. This person is a Human Resources professional who sources and qualifies healthcare professionals to fill job openings within Baptist Health Care. Responsibilities include: developing innovative recruitment strategies, market analytics, interviewing and proactively sourcing viable applicant pools. The Healthcare Recruiter II will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and holding the hiring managers accountable for filling the open positions. The Healthcare Recruiter II will be responsible for escalating any concerns related to staffing or open positions. Additionally, the Healthcare Recruiter II will be responsible for recruitment marketing strategy for hard to fill positions.


    Job Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or related field; healthcare recruitment preferred
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or PHR preferred
    • Basic HR knowledge and knowledge of Federal regulations regarding employment laws
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict-resolution; Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating
    • Ability to work independently on projects
    • High level of initiative; Strong drive to succeed; Results oriented; Maintain a “can do” attitude
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Demonstrates ability to work in a faced paced, intense work environment and adapt to constant changes and competing priorities
