We are currently searching for a Customer Retention and Marketing Manager based in İstanbul 

You will:

• Create email and push notification campaigns to win (back) customers
• Implement and optimise automated email and push notification campaigns along the customer lifecycle
• Monitor, evaluation and optimise all Email Marketing and push notification campaigns against relevant KPIs
• Bring the brand to life through creative storytelling opportunities that drive engagement
• Work closely with the Marketing, Operations and Tech teams to create strategic messaging that resonates with customers and leads

You have:

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities in Turkish and English
• Creativity and a love of language and content that's ready to be unleashed
• A strong analytical mindset and understanding on how to prepare, analyse and read data, using it to continuously optimise your activities
• Experience in using an Email and Push Notification Service Provider (bonus if you have experience with Iterable)
• A demonstrated passion in market places
• An excellent work ethic and a tendency to go above and beyond
• An appetite to learn -- about new channels, content, and customer behavior
