  • We, Arvelon, are a novel and high-spirited start up, with a simple vision of reforming the cosmetic industry of Pakistan through the use of safe and effective beauty products, specifically tailored for the south Asian skin. 


    Our goal is to provide seamless and thorough support to our customers in a systemtic and analytical manner for which we are hiring. The Customer Support Officer answers product and service questions, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction with the goal of maximising acquisition, as well as retention.


    We are based in Phase V, DHA, Lahore.


    Key responsibilities include: 


    1. Catering to general customers queries about the product, company and usage with the goal of maximising customer acquisition.
    2. Registering customer cases and Independently following up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
    3. Compiling periodic data and presenting them to higher management with suggestions for improving against established KPIs.
    4. Updating customer data and producing activity reports on CRM.



    What we are looking for: 


    1. BS degree or equivalent
    2. At least 1 year experience in customer care are similar role.
    3. Strong time management and problem solving abilities.
    4. Excellent Soft Skills to interaction with customers. Strong spoken english skills with a good accent are important.
    5. Sound writing skills and the ability to present.
