Job Description:

We are looking for experienced customer support representative who has excellent communication skills in written and Oral.

  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in order.
  • Perform data entry services for the company in regards to punching in customer information, call logs and successful sales.
  • Answered telephone / Social media / Live chats /Emails inquiries on products, and services.
  • Resolved problems of clients.
  • Also responsible for department performance report update to management Answering front line calls from customers.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have good oral and written English skills.

Note that it's not a call center.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs15,000.00 to Rs20,000.00 /month
