The Role

Your role as a Customer Value Specialist is to connect our customers with new and better products and services to meet their needs. Our customers have worked hard for their lifestyle and we want to help them protect their today and tomorrow, and it makes us feel good to help them! You will enjoy delivering exceptional service, speaking to customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions. This role will entail sales, service and retention for both new & existing customers!

Key Responsibilities

Receiving a high volume of calls regarding multiple insurance products you will be:

  • Delivering a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customers
  • Identifying the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements
  • Achieve customer sales and service targets set for all customer segments
  • Advocate customer propositions to create value for customers through products and services under multiple brands across banking, wealth, life, personal and commercial insurance

Skills & Experience

To be successful you will need:

  • A customer centric mindset and ability to go above and beyond
  • To be passionate about sales and be target driven
  • Learning agility to develop your technical knowledge and professional skills
  • Strong communication skills and be a team player
  • Experience within Customer Service with demonstrated capability to truly connect with customers

Training:

Initial 7 weeks paid training provided on a full-time basis working Monday–Friday 8:30 – 4:30. These roles will commence on the 4th of November 2019 and training will be facilitated in the Brisbane CBD Queen street office.

Hours & Location:

These roles are Full time roles based in our modern Queen Street office (Brisbane CBD) only a few minutes from central station.

There are 3 shift options available:

Option 1: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5 x 5 hour shifts with the shift windows between 8am-12pm

Option 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4 x 7.5 hour shift with the shift windows between 10am-12pm

Option 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5 x 5 hours shifts with the shift windows between 12pm-3pm

! Penalty rates applicable on weekend shifts and any shift finishing after 6.15pm !
