Key accountabilities for the role:
We are seeking for a highly disciplined and experienced Document Controller - Aconex to work on our projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

Responsibilities:
Maintaining the records and controlling the transmittal of correspondence
Acting in the authority delegated by the Senior Resident Engineer.
Log all incoming and outgoing drawings
Issue drawings and documents with proper Transmittal and registers
Arranging Printing of large documents and Deliverables
Complies with Company Systems.
Record all incoming and outgoing transmittals, submittals, and reports.
Maintain current drawing sets for engineers and architects and ensure superseded drawings identified and filed.
Maintain NCR, RFI and submittal registers
Proper updating in the Project document control software.
Assist and stand in for Administrative assistant as required.
Uploading and downloading documents from FTP sites
Initiate training for self with respect to relevant area.
Keep up to date and attend training courses in relation to the company systems.
Qualifications

Experience, Qualifications & Person Specifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience working in a similar role
Strong Aconex experience is a must
Fluency in both oral written and oral English
Must possess good knowledge in MS Office and PDF
Strong business acumen Job : Project & program management
