Role Summary:

The Oil & Gas TPS Equipment & Projects Leader for the MENATI region is responsible for the related Projects Portfolio execution holding accountability for results and financials, determining projects requirements and assigning appropriate resources.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support the MENAT regional Leader and TPS Project Management Operation developing and delivering vision and strategies to enhance the customer value and quality of TPS projects through project functional excellence and strong customer relationships.
• Drive and embrace changes necessary to keep the product line current with industry and product trends over time. Proactively anticipate project issues and develop plans to continuously improve project quality, timeliness, competitiveness, productivity.
• Establish, plan, and operate within budgetary guidelines while meeting the needs of the business according to key performance indicators: Timeliness of the Project Launch; Timeliness and quality of the KOM, Timeliness and quality of the Project Reports Financials (Sales, Margin, cash , Past Dues & Productivity) variances vs. Company operating plan and Project Goals; Customer Satisfaction (NPS); Contractual delivery and Project COD indicators; Project Warranty costs and LD Exposure;
• Support ITO bids activity whenever necessary
• Provide leadership to establish customer preference with TPS Project Execution projects, develop and maintain positive customer relationships globally.
• Provide contemporary leadership to function, being aware of employee needs, connecting with a broad global employee population, and ensuring employees are aware of and tied to the overall business strategy.
• Create an environment which enables the attraction of new, qualified talent to the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master’s Degree, Engineering preferred.
• Strong and proven experience in managing execution of complex projects (Project Management) within the O&G industry and recognised people’s leader, having previously managed teams.
• The ideal candidate has Customer Centric behaviour, is able to deal with complex Customers and possesses contractual term and conditions knowledge. Must strive for achieving the Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
• Has passion for the work "well done first time", intellectual rigor and professional discipline while running the Projects.
• Fluent in English
