HR Officer (Male)

  • Carrying out recruitment and selection cycle and assisting HOD in all the activities.
  • Carrying out induction activities; orientation, site visit, induction form signing
  • Assist HOD in performance evaluation system upon confirmation, annually and as required.
  • Assisting HOD in administration of Comp & Ben and retention activities.
  • Assisting HOD in employee relations function.
  • Update competencies and skill level charts of all employees
  • Identify staff development and training needs and recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars when required.
  • Performance Management and Improvement System
  • Monitoring of Performance Appraisals
  • Assisting HOD in disciplinary process activities.
  • Carrying out separation procedure and exit interviews.
  • Effective coordination and communication with Managers
  • Update Employees Database including staff details, attendance and overtime with time
  • Health benefit coordination. Manage staff health insurance such as liaising with insurance company, processing staff medical claims etc
  • Documentation & Updating Personnel files and maintaining staff personnel files in a confidential manner, and ensure that all personnel files are complete.
  • Foster and facilitate the development of cooperative professional relations between and among staff at all levels
  • Assist Head of HR in building-up of healthy and sustainable company culture based on core values and code of ethics
  • Maintain continuous liaison and communication with officers and supervisors to address work performance problems.
  • Serve as a Human Resource Liaison with department(s) to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
  • Conduct inquiries where required
  • Grievance handling
  • Update job descriptions of existing employees and develop JDs for new assignments
  • Manage payroll for the complete project or Center
  • Any other senior level task assigned by HOD.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs30,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • Human Resource Management: 1 year (Required)
