What’s in it for you?
Functional Project- As part of Learning and Development team , you’ll be responsible for helping Jazz employees to perform at their very best. We want our people to grow and learn during their time at Jazz, while achieving greater business impact through our various learning initiatives. These initiatives include tailored made face to face program being executed by top local and international academics and trainers. These initiatives also include our partnerships with technology companies to bring the best of the best learning solutions to our employees. We are introducing new systems and processes to make learning easy and fun for our employees. Your role will be to support the time in the timely execution of these projects. You will be working with our vendors closely to align the needs of our employees with their offerings, you will have an instrumental role in execution of the training programs as well as in the shortlisting of the right people for delivering these trainings.
Skills Based Training- Expand your capability and capacity to hone your skill set
Professional Development- You will get a hands on experience working with numerous local and international trainers. You will also get to work with coursera, linkedin learning and other providers of e-learning
Mentorship- Be matched with a Jazz professional to guide you through your summer experience
Fun- Attend social networking activities and build relationship with your peers

Your JAZZ EXPERIENCE
- Plan, develop, and execute the project that you are assigned
- Prepare and present reports
- Attend team meetings
- Brainstorm and come up with creative ideas for the project
- Thorough market research
- Meet group of diversified professionals during your internship tenure which will allow you to build relationships
- Bachelors/Masters
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong research and follow-up skills
- Very task-oriented.
