Are you a seasoned finance executive who is excited by the prospect of leading a global finance team with the ambition to grow the business exponentially? As EVP of Finance Operations, you are the experienced executive in a global finance leadership role. Reporting to the COO and CFO, you will lead an organization of 100+ professionals executing all the core functions including accounting, FP&A, order to cash, etc. You will also serve as a key member of the Global Executive Team. In this role, you will interface regularly with our executives across the business, and work closely with our Fortune 500 customers. As a finance leader, you will use your excellent English communication skills to engage your colleagues and our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a 100+ person, entirely remote Finance organization
• Own the finance integration and transformation of acquired companies at high-velocity M&A.
• Drive productivity improvements through hands-on deep-diving and innovating across finance teams who specialize in:
• FP&A, Controlling, Finance IT Systems, and Data Imports
• Statutory Audits under US GAAP and IFRS
• Operations including Treasury, OTC, PTP, GL, and Tax
• Acquisitions
  
  

Candidate requirements:

• 15+ years of finance and accounting experience under US GAAP / IFRS
• 2+ years experience of managing international teams totaling 100+ finance professionals
• Responsibility of at least $1B (annualized) turnover (IT industry preferred)
• Successful track record as the CFO or Senior Finance Director for a business division (IT industry preferred)
• Experience managing a complex group audit - Big 4 or client side
• A full spectrum of accounting and finance experience, including M&A accounting and complex multi-currency consolidations
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems (Netsuite and/or Intacct preferred), specifically relating to OTC and PTP
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree plus CPA (or equivalent certification) or MBA

What you will be doing:

As EVP of Finance Operations you will be managing a team and owning processes in a global finance organization.

Reporting to the COO and CFO you will seamlessly run an area of a finance function such as OTC or Controllership, being fully ready to lead a team of 100+ finance professionals. You will also serve as a key member of the Global Executive Team.

Crossover acquires a new software or IT services company every week. You will play a significant role in the acquisition of some of these organizations and will be expected to own the integration and financial transformation of the acquired companies, within a 90-day time frame.

One of our key challenges is simplifying, standardizing and automating our finance processes. You will have to take immediate ownership, establish metrics and structure improvement goals to streamline the processes assigned to you, achieving industry excellence in performance and business value delivered.

We also expect you to be an expert at setting stretch goals and to drive metrics-based weekly productivity improvements in a 100% remote working environment. You will continuously improve the quality of your team output in a centralized structure; hiring, coaching and managing up to 100+ individual contributors. You will leverage your financial expertise, knowledge, and judgment to set a personal standard for excellence.

It is critical that you are an experienced professional with excellent English communication skills and can effectively manage senior relationships.
