Job Role:

The position is responsible for providing legal services and counsel on a wide range of legal issues to assist in fulfilling in regulatory law affairs. To provide support to Head of Legal and company secretary in relation to all regulatory & legal affairs pertaining to the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• To supplement Head of legal in all duties discharged.
• To be able to liaison with external counsel in a timely manner.
• To be able to advice on legal matters pertaining to Microfinance Institution.
• Fully conversant with SBP and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, rules and regulation relating to statutory form fillings etc.
• Developing Company strategies and counsel commercial agreements, ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws.
• Advising human resource department on employment law and labor benefits and issues.
• Provide litigation support on contracts.
• Drafting legal documents and review legal contracts.

Required Qualification, Education/Certification & Experience: 

• LLB/LLM or other professional Law Qualification
• AT least 5-7 years of relevant experience
