We are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the team in Darlington on a permanent basis.

 

The role will involve offering IT support internally and externally across the business, delivering an effective service to the business and completing out of hours operational processing.

 

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a high level of analytical skills, have the ability to work effectively within a team and take ownership of tasks. ITIL accredited will be advantageous.

Experience Required

• Previous experience within IT support environment for a minimum of 1 year.
• Previous experience of project work undertaken.
• Experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role dealing with users at all levels
• Experience of network level troubleshooting.
• Technical competence to include:
• Windows Server 2008/ 2012/ 2016
• Windows 7/ 8/ 10
• Office 2010/ 2013/ 2016
• Experience in Active Directory and group policy objects
