Job Purpose

Responsible for the design and management of the national leadership and succession planning. Plan and develop the leadership aviation and career path for the high potential Nationals through the business positions in Qatar Airways.

Incubate, lead, mentor and coach the future National leaders of QR to ensure their engagement and career progression.

About the Job

• Develop Field and gap analysis for the current national leadership development plan to enhance the career progression of the Nationals
• Analyse the Nationals' performance to align them to the right succession strategy plan.
• Create a road map and action plan for each job family strategy to ensure successful delivery of the business objective goals.
• Establish and lead deployment programme with Qatar Airways strategic Partner such as GE, Rolls Royce, Boing, and Airbus to deploy the Nationals for short term assignment to shape up their leadership skills with global business exposure,

Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to :

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Management experience in Nationalization.
• Coaching, Mentoring and leadership and management experience.
