Who are we looking for?

Resource with good knowledge of IT ecosystems/ business processes that are present in enterprise products /

projects and well versed in playing mediator between business teams and technical teams.

Technical Skills:

 Overall experience of 4-5 years with proven expertise in developing web / mobile / smart-intelligent

applications in highly technical and agile product / service organizations using Mendix 6 to Mendix 8.0.0

for 3-4 years.

 Ownership and ability to deliver product and program roadmap outcomes

 Proven expertise in Webservices, Microservices integration with Mendix

 Fluency in Java, Spring, AngularJS, REST/SOAP, OAuth, XML and JSON / Experience with microservices and

building Multi-Tenant PaaS applications.

 PowerBI integration with Mendix

 Demonstrated experience with open source products and legacy platforms

 Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis

 Experience in structuring the solution approaches in a very agile organizational context

 Prior delivery experience using virtual teams (global locations)

 Strong delivery experience with any of the Scaled Agile models (SAFe, Less, Spotify, Scrum etc.)

 Excellent communication skills

 Team builder and proven expertise in working together in a highly matrixed organization (IT Service

Provider).

Process Skills:

 Should be able to follow industry best processes

 Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work

Behavioral Skills:

 Should have very good communication.

 Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

 Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

 Education qualification: Graduate B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a

reputed college
