The role will entail managing Microsoft Dynamics365FO applications for a single or multiple business units supporting and troubleshooting the technical needs for these units within the product, with the help of the support tools.

  1. Perform day-day support activities on D365F&O
  2. Manage 2nd line and potentially 3rd helpdesk problems, troubleshooting tasks
  3. Hand off to external partners for dealing with more complex problems, tracking resolution
  4. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot D365F&O Procurement area
  5. Contribute to system development work on an as needed basis
  6. Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design
  7. Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead.


Work Experience & Essential Skills required


  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in D365FO or AX2012
  • Solid development background within the D365FO (for technical roles)
  • Procruement or HR background (for Procurement and HR roles)
  • Microsoft D365FO and Microsoft SQL
  • Excellent client management and business literacy skills
  • Experience in use of helpdesk systems and problem resolution
  • Azure and cloud hosting system management and configuration is beneficial with ITIL training or similar an advantage.
