- Dynamics 365F&O Finance Support Manager
- Dynamics 365F&O Fixed Assets Support Manager
- Dynamics 365F&O Procurement Support Manager
- Dynamics 365F&O Development Analyst
- Dynamics 365 HR Analyst
The role will entail managing Microsoft Dynamics365FO applications for a single or multiple business units supporting and troubleshooting the technical needs for these units within the product, with the help of the support tools.
- Perform day-day support activities on D365F&O
- Manage 2nd line and potentially 3rd helpdesk problems, troubleshooting tasks
- Hand off to external partners for dealing with more complex problems, tracking resolution
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot D365F&O Procurement area
- Contribute to system development work on an as needed basis
- Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead.
Work Experience & Essential Skills required
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience in D365FO or AX2012
- Solid development background within the D365FO (for technical roles)
- Procruement or HR background (for Procurement and HR roles)
- Microsoft D365FO and Microsoft SQL
- Excellent client management and business literacy skills
- Experience in use of helpdesk systems and problem resolution
- Azure and cloud hosting system management and configuration is beneficial with ITIL training or similar an advantage.
