Your new role

The Head of Corporate Governance is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining a strong governance structure and will report to the Group General Counsel

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Management, Banking or Finance, with more than 15 years’ experience, preferably with certification and or advanced courses in compliance and corporate governance.
At least 10 years of business experience in Corporate Governance, focusing on tasks related to Boards and executive level committees, including advisory and consultative work
