All aspects of the production process in reinforced fiberglass, from preliminary design to prototype and production mould up to the finished product are carried out in-house.

    What we are looking for?

    The company maintains new production site in Riyadh and is on the of making significant investments into production capabilities.

    To guide this expansion, the company is now actively seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to lead all corporate and operational functions of the organization.

     

    Prefer Saudi nationality or

    Transferable Iqama 

     

    Purpose of Function:

     

    Plan, lead, direct and manage the activities of RAICO factory, ensure that processes run reliably and efficiently, ensure the smooth running of all factory elements that contribute to RAICO success in the market and achieving the strategic goals of the company. Maintain high-level quality products through building a highly qualified team and working in accordance with the company policies and guiding principles. Ensure all staff in the factory is working according to the approved policies and procedures in an efficient and effective way.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    Planning and Forecasting:

    •    Prepare the yearly budget for the factory; ensure the compliance with the company strategies and policies.

     

     

    Operation:

    • The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing
    • Develop Plant policies, programs, and initiatives and actively work with Plant leadership team to continuously analyze and improve these policies, programs, and initiatives
    •  Ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
    •  Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
    •  Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
    • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
    • Support the implementation of the company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote RAICO key mission and achieve a competitive advantage.
    •  Effectively manage staff requirements/manpower planning, production planning, stock management, plant modifications and develop innovative systems and processes utilizing all available technology
    • Ensure that the key roles are staffed with qualified people who can effectively undertake their roles in the factory, the roles are clearly defined, understood and all personnel is motivated and developed to achieve the business’s objectives.
    •  Monitor the production planning, maintenance preventive schedules, stock control processes and provide the necessary support and guidance required from the factory departments.
    •  Daily coordination with RAICO managers (sales, operation, finance, HR..) to ensure smooth activities.
    •  Identify the key areas, issues, and concerns in the factory and act on them immediately.
    •  Plan and supervise the execution of strategies to increase production quantities while controlling cost and quality within the assigned region.
    •  Plan and manage department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
    •  Prepare, communicate and educate staff team on changes in policies and practices within the organization.
    •  Ensure all departments adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.


    Reporting:

     

    • Prepare a monthly comprehensive report summarizing all activities and results of the factory.
    • Ensure all factory reports are submitted to respective departments with accuracy.

     

    Monitoring, Analysis, Improvements:

     

    • Monitoring for the performance of all factory departments, the actual results vs plans and responds accordingly.
    • Monitor the cost of production, waste percentage and submit periodic analysis for top management.
    • Lead and direct the research and development process in the factory.
    • Develop realistic action plans aimed to introduce and/or improve products, procedures and working methods in accordance with the short-, medium– and long-term goals.
    • Identify, plan and execute areas for improvement to ensure consistent legendary service to customers.

     

    Requirements:

     

    Required Educational Level: 

     

    Master or bachelor’s degree in industrial, Chemical, and Mechanical Engineering.

     

    Required Experience: 

     

     The middle level of experience from 7 to 12 years in the factory manager.

     

    Required Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:

     

    • ISO Certificates - Quality
    • Written and oral communication skills
    • Supervisory Skills
    • Good behavior and ability to solve problems and make decisions.
    • Communication Skills and Negotiation.
    • Proven work experience as a plant manager
    • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
    • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
    • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
    • Computer literacy
    •  Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
