    Summary




    Represent ACI as a Senior Sales Account Executive in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia you will market ACI products and services to current and potential customers within Saudi Arabia and is a thought leader for ACI in the payments industry.

    You will manage ACI's overall relationships with established accounts and develop a 3-5 year GTM strategy for KSA to grow new business, and manage the process of bringing the identified marketing opportunities to a logical close.

    The successful candidate will keep current on ACI products/enhancements, competition and industry trends. Maintains account and territory records, updates management on account activity and provides forecast data as requested.

    Responsibilities

  • Identifies opportunities to market ACI products and services to existing and prospective new customers.
  • Execute Go-To Market Plan
  • Work with internal ACI departments, to support delivery of Go-To Market plan
  • Deliver quarterly and full year sales quota
  • Retention of all existing customer accounts in Saudi market.
  • Manages ACI’s overall relationship with customers, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-Level executives.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through annual measurements.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the assignment including but not limited to account profiles, sales pipeline records, current and prospective customer org charts, etc., consistent with ACI’s sales best practices.
  • Speak and represent ACI at Payment industry events and forums.
  • Manage relationships with the Financial Regulators
  • Keeps current on ACI products/enhancements, competition activities and industry trends.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Standard ACI office in Riyadh. Some travel requirements to ACI offices in Dubai and Bahrain.

    Minimum Requirements
    • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Significant success in direct sales experience in industries targeted by ACI (financial institutions, processors, merchants, etc.), preferably selling payments solutions.
    • Working Sales experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
    • Must have a combined experience in either the payments, e-commerce or mobile payments industries.
    • Must have successful sales record.
    • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
    • Ability to prospect for large complex sales opportunities.
    • Ability to understand the business and technical solutions.
    • Ability to move the sales process to closure.
    • Ability to articulate and professionally present solutions and to respond creatively to customer needs.
    • Understanding and knowledge of products/solutions currently marketed by ACI is a plus.
    • Selling Software technology solutions into multi-national organizations, large on-line retailers, ecommerce companies, and/or merchant acquirers/processor experience is highly desired.
    • Payments or payments processing related sales experience a plus.
