Amazon Prime Content Optimization Team owns driving marketing strategy and programs to increase Prime Member Acquisition, Activation and Retention. We are looking for a content testing specialist that can provide a fresh, creative approach to helping MENA customers understand all that Prime has to offer.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative and analytical candidate with an eye for compelling content and a passion for content testing. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing content experimentation initiatives, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insight into performance, optimizing performance over time against a clear set of performance goals as well as making recommendations on the right metrics, tools and process for the team. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to quickly learn about how to create online marketing campaigns, A/B testing and excel in execution. Furthermore, you will be highly innovative and comfortable driving new programs from conception through execution in an ambiguous and fast paced environment. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management. Core Responsibilities Include
- Develop a holistic strategy to drive KPIs across customer cohorts
- Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (driving an experimentation calendar, monitoring metrics, creating campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
- Build and execute plans and programs to deliver that strategy at scale
- Analyze initiatives and programs and their impact on business results
- Act as liaison with a range of external and internal partners to support their initiatives/ provide visibility into team priorities, performance and roadmap
- Bachelor's degree
- Track record of performance excellence
- Comfort with basic statistical concepts
- Ability to think strategically, while staying on top of execution details
- Project management skills, experience working with and executing marketing strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proven experience in managing a range of performance marketing programs
- Aptitude with basic SQL queries
