Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of high value revenue projects and strategic projects through effective collaborations. Support business case and obtain management approval. Collaborate with Clients, Vendors, Service Providers and other internal/external stakeholders and obtain commitments for issue free delivery of medium size to large projects. Develop and upgrade skill sets of the projects team in order to delivery expected business results.

 

Job Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects right from requirement, consolidation, conceptualization, planning, execution and deliver.
• End-to-end vendor management
• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Ultimately responsible for all aspects of the Project right from inception to delivery
• Provide professional project management support to other internal areas for internal projects/initiatives.
• Manage compliance requirements during project delivery through adherence to NI policy standards for data security and Visa, MasterCard card scheme mandates.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and client information
• Ensure adherence to NI project maangement processes and due diligence during all stages of projects/initiatives for quality solution deployment to NI clients.
• Manage change management across the project internally and externally
• Identify, manage and mitigate risk across the process.

Experience / Skills Required

• Proven experience gained within the banking and services world out of which 6 years be in the payment cards industry highly desirable
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the project management techniques, tools and processes and detailed understanding of Project Management Methodology including Waterfall and Agile
• Knowledge of Microsoft project and JIRA
• High degree of independent judgement, with an ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. French and/or Arabic speaking preferable.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
