Job Description :
Urgently required Office Assistant in Qatar.
Job Details:
Coordinates with building management and contractors to manage the facility for optimum productivity for employees.
Maintain general upkeep of office, including kitchen supplies and cleanliness, office supplies, 47and organization. Maintains cleanliness of common areas.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, furniture layouts, and office supplies, when necessary.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Manage course and lecture evaluations.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience.
Bachelor's degree holder.
Good knowledge in the same field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
