Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and directs all aspects of the outlet’s operation, under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Management team
- Lead and manage the team in all aspects of the department
- Ensure service standards are followed
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- To assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues
- Balance operational, administrative and employee needs
- Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
- Maximize revenues by implementing strategies, good practices and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus
- Manage the departmental budget
- Follow policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
- Experienced restaurant manager with a proven track record
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a trendy concept restaurant or F&B division at management level experience
- Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
- Previous experience within a major Metropolitan City is essential
- Full operational and financial responsibility over outlet
