Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs all aspects of the outlet’s operation, under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Management team
• Lead and manage the team in all aspects of the department
• Ensure service standards are followed
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• To assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues
• Balance operational, administrative and employee needs
• Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
• Maximize revenues by implementing strategies, good practices and promotions
• Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus
• Manage the departmental budget
• Follow policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced restaurant manager with a proven track record
• At least 5 years’ experience working in a trendy concept restaurant or F&B division at management level experience
• Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
• Previous experience within a major Metropolitan City is essential
• Full operational and financial responsibility over outlet
