  • 1) To assist in preparation of various regulatory reports which includes Capital Adequacy Reports, Stress Testing, LCR and NSFR etc.

    2) To assist in developing and analyzing Liquidity, Price Sensitive and Interest Rate Gap reports.

    3) To update the liquidity ratios on periodic basis & identify and report any Early Warning Indicators.

    4) To monitor all regulatory and internal limits on daily basis and report exceptions.

    5) To perform various market risk analysis i.e. Duration, PVBP etc.

    6) To assist in developing risk models wherever required.

    7) To analyze financials statements of banks and DFIs and assist Head of Risk in credit risk assessment.

    8) To facilitate implementation & execution of Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSAs) across business units & support functions.

    9) To develop & monitor Key Operational Risk Indicators (KRIs).

    10)  To maintain Operational Loss Database.

    11)  To liaise with business & support units for data collection & issues resolution.

    12)  Assist Head of Risk in preparation of Standard MIS / Reporting packs for Senior Management Committees and Board Risk Management Committee.

    13)  Maintain all hard and soft copies of regulatory reporting record in an organized manner and make it available for internal and audit reviews.

    14)  Assist Head of Risk in Implementation of Environmental and Social Policy.

    15)  Extend support to carry out miscellaneous tasks as and when required.


    Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree, Master's is preferred.
    • 4+ years' experience in Risk Management preferrabling in banking/financial sector.
    • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
    • Attention to detail and good judgement
    • Excellent written, communication & analytical skills
