  • RESPONSIBILITIES


    Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:


    • Identify new potential markets and customers.
    • Develop Objectives and goals for assigned markets.
    • Achieve sales target in volume , value and gross profit.
    • Maintain knowledge on all competitor activities in assigned markets.
    • Provide periodical forecast of sales volume and maintain knowledge on all product range.
    • Develop territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assigned market.
    • Prepare all contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance of legal and business requirement 
    • Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify new business opportunities to expand.
    • Collaborate with trade marketing and marketing departments to analyze all market activities
    • Analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies per market.


    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Minimum 5 -7 years of Export FMCG Sales experience.
    • FLUENT in English.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Passionate and Self Starter.
    • Flexibility to travel is a must.
    • Business Development experience in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Afghanistan is a must.
