RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify new potential markets and customers.
- Develop Objectives and goals for assigned markets.
- Achieve sales target in volume , value and gross profit.
- Maintain knowledge on all competitor activities in assigned markets.
- Provide periodical forecast of sales volume and maintain knowledge on all product range.
- Develop territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assigned market.
- Prepare all contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance of legal and business requirement
- Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify new business opportunities to expand.
- Collaborate with trade marketing and marketing departments to analyze all market activities
- Analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies per market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 -7 years of Export FMCG Sales experience.
- FLUENT in English.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Passionate and Self Starter.
- Flexibility to travel is a must.
- Business Development experience in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Afghanistan is a must.
