The Sales Development Professional needs to be the one who is ready to accept the challenges and is self-driven. The one who has insights about business to business sales will be preferred. He/She needs to be the one who possess exceptional communication & selling skills along with business understanding
Key Skills
- The Sales Development team member needs to be someone who is ready to accept the challenge
- Be able to dial the warm leads as researched by him/her and provided by the team manager
- Needs to possess exceptional English speaking, writing and selling skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability work with a CRM system
- Must be presentable, be familiar with using social media and LinkedIn
- Well-versed with data management.
- Well organized & multi task oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold/Warm Calling of clients by region
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments related to products & industry
- Updating CRM with required details
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Researching opportunities online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Sales Support in terms of client relationship building, creating media collateral from existing clients
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Conduct research on market trends of specific industry & competitor analysis.
- Any other business development activity as required by the Manager
