Purpose of the role:
As we expand our footprint across the globe and following the completion of our
Series B funding, we are looking to add to our team of enterprise sellers.
This role is to drive incremental committed annual recurring revenue within
enterprise customers across the EMEA region and overachieve against your personal
quota.
About you
We are looking for experienced enterprise sales people with a track record in
Learning Technologies. You will be an engaging, collaborative sales individual who
has the skills, experience and track record to make an impact. You will have sales
process expertise and be highly organised in terms of building and maintaining your
territory.
As a senior team member in this fast growing, exciting space, you will have the
opportunity to help grow and shape the future of learning and engagement as part of
our vision to transform this market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling business to business
learning technology solutions to C-Level within enterprise customers. We offer a
unique, market-leading solution and a dynamic environment. A keen sense of
ownership, drive, and an ability to adeptly challenge the status quo is a must.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against all revenue targets and all key performance metrics.
- Manage the end to end sales process through lead generation and discovery to contract negotiation.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / intelligence.
- Manage and close complex sales-cycles with multiple C-Level stakeholders.

- Engage with prospects to position Fuse solutions through strategic, consultative and value-based selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and
- revenue generation.
- Represent Fuse trade shows at industry events, networking and when presenting our solutions.
- Document daily activity in Salesforce to track performance.
- Accurately forecast and deliver revenue to deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling enterprise software into large/complex accounts.
- 5+ years applicable solution sales experience.
- 2+ years Learning Technology experience.
- A top performer – have a commitment to overachievement.
- Knowledge of the SAAS contracting process.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Accurate forecasting skills.
- Ability to identify and create business opportunities and progress these from qualification to close.
- Experience of working with partners and networks to create and close contracts.
- Use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
- Building teams – working effectively to build cross department teams to win deals.
