- Prospecting, identifying & developing new & existing customers.
- Prepare regular report on sales & marketing activities, product launches, promotion, strategies to achieve sales targets and monitoring of competitor's activities.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
- Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Annual basis.
- Accountable for managing and developing of salesmen.
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develop a proactive and advisory-driven distribution of the full range products which the company offers.
