Job Description

We are looking for an 'SAP SD or SAP MM Module Owner' for one of our leading client in the machinery industry.

• Hands-On experience in SAP SD and/or SAP MM module is the must.
• SAP MM and PP Module Consultancy experience will be a plus.
• Experience working in a medium to large SAP landscape comprising multiple systems.
• Should be able to independently design new solutions
• Experience in coordinating with development team
• Project/team management experience
• Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
• Analytical thinking abilities and client facing communication skills
• Business focus ability
• Knowledge of end-to-end development process, good knowledge of waterfall and preferably also agile development methodology
• Proven technical aptitude in one or more application domain
• Ability to learn and implement emerging technologies
• Knowledge of business processes and their linkage to technology
• Expertise in various UX / UI design methodologies and tools for web and mobile applications
• Strong graphics and creative skills to create templates, GUIs, presentations etc.
• Ability to diffuse ideas in both technical and business teams as well as external customers
• Solid experience in designing and communicating customer-centric interfaces working closely with business teams
• Detail oriented able to document and follow detailed instructions within test scripts as well as defects tracking documents (i.e., steps to recreate the problem)
• Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle
• 5 years of analysis and technical, visual design and customization experience in SAP MM/SD modules

Job Description

• Convert business requirements to application-specific functional design and define clear test plans
• Perform/ support activities specific to the SAP MM / SD functional modules
• Analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to business
• To create and evolve technical design throughout service development while maintaining adherence to functional specifications, quality & performance requirements, technical constraints and architecture standards
• Provide a holistic customer driven experience across the ecosystem and channels
• Develop a pragmatic, flexible and industrialized user experience design approach
• Provide insights to the development team from a user-centered perspective
• Develop required test scenarios & scripts

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and providing the business input to the key user
• Work with key users team and Business Partners for detailed process designs
• Monitor and ensure the benefits of the project are realized by driving deployment and adoption
• Ensure dataset preparation for testing/integration
• Develop data collection templates
• Handle L2/L3 support issues specific to the functional area within related SAP modules
• Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine the feasibility of projects
• Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
• Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high-level functional solution
• Develop project estimates & complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities etc.)
