Senior Sales Agent (Cargo)

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners and customers to promote air/sea freight services.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain close and pro-active Sales approach toward target customers
  • Generate sales leads and plan and manage sales pipline.
  • Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies; and achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business.
  • Prepare RFI and RFQ analysis and share with Tender Management, Operations/Product team and any other relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular input to Management on product & market
  • Organize and participate in regular reviews to ensure customers satisfaction and sustainable business relationship
  • Monitor and control customer KPIs. Develop corrective actions as needed
  • Support successful business handover between Sales and Operations, working in close collaboration with Customer service teams


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years' of friegth industry related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
