• Ability to communicate fluently, both written and oral, in Urdu and English

• Job Roles:

An individual will be expected to perform following tasks as a part of job activities:

• Handling complaints reported by doctors and institutes.
• Repairing of the equipment.
• Installation of the software for the devices.
• Travelling for the resolution of the complaints.
• Mount, secure, and align finished lenses in frames or optical assemblies, using precision hand tools.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Provide quality services to clients and customers.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending Congress, workshops; and training sessions necessary for professional growth.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Workshop in charge.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs20,000.00 to Rs30,000.00 /month

Experience:

• repairing devices and complaint handling: 1 year (Preferred)
