Marketing Administrator

We're looking to recruit a new Marketing Administrator. The role is very much data orientated with the opportunity of progression within a global leading healthcare distribution company - Henry Schein UK.

Excel skills are a must as there is a lot of data manipulation required to create reports, so the candidate needs to be able to create pivot tables and write formulas etc.

Full training of in-house systems to be given to load promotions onto the internal sales order systems.

Marketing knowledge would be useful but not a must as this can be taught.

Working in a team of 10 fun marketers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience of data (manipulation and interrogation)
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills essential
• No marketing experience required
• Fluent in both written and spoken English. Examples will be expected at first/second interview

Education:

• HE/FE business qualification and/or equivalent

Specialised Knowledge and Skills:

• Accuracy and attention to detail essential
• Strong communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Good analytical and commercial skills
• Good organisational and prioritising ability
