Talent Recruitment Specialist (Saudi Only)

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist to join Mrsool team.

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the right talent within the target timeline

• Evaluate internal and external referral CV’s and initiate pre-screens with candidates

• Screen candidates in order to provide qualified shortlist to hiring managers ensuring the applicant meets position requirements

• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

• Interview candidates

• Provides information on benefits, professional development and general company information to potential candidates

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Work with hiring managers to coordinate formal, competency-based interviews.

• Advertise roles on Linked in, Bayt and other recruitment channels subscribed by Mrsool

• Source candidates utilizing agencies if needed

• Identifies and builds positive, collaborative working relationships with line managers

• Responsible with the manpower planning

• Issuing employment offers and contracts

• Responsible for the on-boarding process

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist
• 3-5 years of experience  
• understanding of the KSA Labor laws
• Must be a graduate and must have the ability to multitask and balance a variety of job duties.
• Must be able to work as a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent in both Arabic and English languages
