This is a new and exciting role to fully support and engage with our Gym teams to ensure we are recruiting the best Fitness Trainers in town! You will be excited about volume recruitment and will have probably worked in this kind of environment before. This means you know what you have to do to ensure we keep filling our roles quickly and with the best candidates! If you haven't worked in this kind of environment before then that absolutely fine by us; you just need to be a great Talent Sourcer with an eye for where to best attract our new team members.
You will have an imaginative creative flair to attract our employees via social platforms and quickly understand what the best channels of recruitment are for our Fitness Trainers. You will also be a great people person who can slot themselves into many different gym management teams to provide on the floor recruitment support where this is needed. You will also love talking to new potential candidates and using your talent pools to fill roles quickly.
It would be fab if you have experience of working with an ATS - especially the best ATS around - Workday! If not - it's OK, we have made this super simple so you will pick it up really quickly.

a Little About The Role

You will

• assist the Talent Acquisition manager with all end to end recruitment activities within The Gym Group - with a key focus on our amazing Fitness Trainers
• effectively assist with current vacancies as per the vacancy list and proactively suggest solutions to longer standing vacancies
• advertise and manage vacancies internally and externally
• screening, interview schedule and regret candidates where necessary whilst tracking a positive candidate journey through to offer stage
• source CVs and build a pipeline for new gym site openings in accordance with Regional Managers plans
• track and report accurately on all activity on a weekly and monthly basis
• manage all social media platforms and Intranet using high quality materials with daily updates and news
• manage job boards activity ensuring vacancies advertised are accurate and up to date in line with our employer brand, whilst being a true advocate of our business and our great culture!
